¶ Servo-M-Plugs - LUTRONIC
¶ Requirements
- 12 X M20 Crimp Contacts (M20-1160042)
- 4 x M20 3 Pos Female Wire housing (M20-1060300)
- Crimping Tool
- Plasti-Dip
Careful with the connectors, the pins should be sloped to ensure a strong hold of the contacts in the housing:
¶ internal-m-plug-wires
- Shorten two V-Tail to PixRacer internal M8 cables to length of: 21 cm
- Shorten two Ailerion to PixRacer internal M8 cables length: 14 cm
- Remove 3 mm isolation
- Cable code: blue signal, brown 5V, black GND
- Attach M20 Crimp-Contacts
- Before applying the connector housing, you have to route the wire through the designated hole of the box
- make sure the O-Ring is on the outside
- there is a right and wrong orientation
- Use a tool like this to tighten the M-Plugs for the V-Tail:
- after routing the cable through the hole, attach the female M20 housing and twist the cables like this:
The color code must be Black -> Brown -> Blue!
