We use the special servo programmer from Hitec to reprogram the servos. We change the deadband parameter so the servo does not move with a minimal change of the PWM signal. Please find attached a image of a programmed servo:

Cut Servo cables to length
Meassure like this:
Solder wires together
Black to Black (GND)Brown to Red (5V)Blue to Yellow (PWM signal)shrink smaller shrinking tube
put larger shrinking tube above smaller shrinking tube, see below how
